How fast will I hear back?
Most messages get a reply within a few business days. Corrections involving factual errors are usually the fastest to act on, since they often just require verifying the fix and updating the page.
What should I include when reporting an error?
The page URL or title, the specific claim or number that’s wrong, and — if you have it — a source for the correct information. This lets us verify and fix it without back-and-forth.
Can you review a specific tool I own?
We can’t guarantee every suggestion gets reviewed, but reader requests directly influence our testing queue. The more specific your suggestion — make, model, and what you’d want to know — the more useful it is to us.
